I just found out I have stage 3 kidney disease, they sent me to eat low carb meals, my dr and Renee dietitian arr S.A.D. people, I told them I want WFPB, they say it is not sustainable, I think they are wrong, I want to reverse my disease, not mask it until it gets worse then it's dialysis. Do you and rebecca have any tips, I am very serious about doing wfpb, regardless what my s.a.d. drs say. Thanks you both. Keep on cooking, I have made many of your meals, yummy 😊

I’ve only been wholly vegan for 1 month. I made this today and WOW! Talk about a huge POP of flavor! You do indeed make being vegan easy Reebs and Dillon… Thank you! PS We don’t have a Trader Joe’s and I SO wanted some cruciferous crunch but I used a spring mix and added purple cabbage for more of a crunch, added an extra jalapeño and will probably add even more jalapeño next time😋 Absolutely delish!

You could try other flours. Just often my go to for batters. Has a nice savory flavor.
To get a bit more of the orange flavor into the sauce I would zest the orange first and add that to the dressing as well.
Yes I used to do this on the original recipe back when we first invented this for our cooking show. Not worth the effort for me.
The sauce looked green from the green onion, but when you added it to the tofu & cauliflower it did not look green, did you change it? I think I’d skip the green onion if I try making this

What substitute can I use if I don't have rice vinegar? Definitely want to make this one!
I’d try to order some rice vinegar if you can’t find it locally. It really makes oil free Asian cooking possible especially if you don’t use much soy sauce.

I’ve never had that happen. But I have had some that aren’t pitted. So I always squeeze them. I think I’d find out about bugs when I squeeze too.

An instruction video on how to clean a crusty whisk would help me.
I would let it soak in a bowl, fully submerge the crusty parts, with some dish soap in the water for a while. Maybe check after half an hour. Wash as regular.
I did the corn chowder took me couple minutes and the lady I cook for thought I’d spent hours on it
